Business management
Inventory, orders, customers, courier records, COD reconciliation and expenses — the everyday paperwork of a small business.
DAIRA TOOLS is an independent software studio making practical tools for real work — not another platform with a monthly bill.
Small businesses in Pakistan run on WhatsApp messages, notebooks and a lot of memory. Orders get written on paper. Courier slips pile up. The month ends and nobody is quite sure whether the shop actually made a profit.
Big software companies solve this for large companies with large budgets. Everyone else is left choosing between an expensive subscription they can't justify and a spreadsheet that breaks the moment two people edit it.
DAIRA TOOLS was created to fill that gap. We build focused tools that cover the parts of running a business that actually matter — stock, orders, couriers, cash — and we keep them simple enough to use on a normal laptop without training.
Our tools are offline applications wherever possible. That means no login to forget, no server to wait for, and no risk of losing access because a subscription lapsed.
DAIRA TOOLS is not limited to one industry. We build wherever a simple tool saves real time.
Inventory, orders, customers, courier records, COD reconciliation and expenses — the everyday paperwork of a small business.
Tools that open in your browser and work without an internet connection, storing your data on your own computer.
Small focused utilities that remove repetitive daily work — the kind of task you do fifty times a week without thinking.
Expense tracking, profit calculation and cash-flow views, designed for people who are not accountants.
Planners and trackers for individuals who want their own records tidy, separate from work.
Sometimes a business needs one specific thing. If it fits what we do, we will tell you openly what is possible.
We would rather release fewer tools that people actually use than a long catalogue nobody opens.
Every tool begins as a problem someone described to us — usually on WhatsApp, usually about orders or cash.
One tool solves one job properly. When features are not ready, we publish them as "in development" instead of pretending.
Buying a tool is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. Setup questions are always welcome.
If a tool exists that fits, we'll point you to it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you — and it may become the next thing we build.
